Benefits of trampoline exercise 'can be felt in 5 minutes'
04/05/2010 Just a few minutes per day spent jumping on a mini trampoline is enough to feel some benefits, according to one blog.
Health and Fitness Classes explained that those thinking of taking up a trampoline exercise regime should start with five or ten minutes per day, before building up to around 20 minutes.
"A few minutes on the mini trampoline every day will allow the entire family to be more energetic, feel less stress, and experience better sleep," the blog explained.
This is a view echoed by the Stress Relief Made Easy blog last week. It suggested that a mini trampoline is more beneficial than a larger garden trampoline for exercise.
The Health and Fitness Classes blog added that another of the advantages of trampoline exercise is it doesn't require any specialist coaching or lots of practice.
In addition, jumping on a trampoline stimulates the lymphatic system, which relies on gravity and body movement to work and helps filter the blood and rid the body of toxins.
