Fitness benefits of trampolines highlighted at events
29/07/2010 Sports and trampoline fans may be interested to attend the Get Active Day that is being held ay Mell Square in Solihull.
The event will feature trampolines, a climbing tower and bungee swings. Other activities on offer include yoga workshops, and arts and crafts.
From designing their own jigsaw to having their face painted, there are plenty of activities for children to enjoy.
A trampoline tutor day is also being held at Birkenhead on September 26th.
The sport-specific training day is intended for trainee tutors prior to running courses.
Covering all aspects of the sports specific syllabus, the event will highlight the fitness benefits of the activity.
Tutors can attend prior to UKCC training or after and it is also intended for tutors that missed the conference and want to be updated on the extra skills in the Level Two syllabus.
