Get a healthier lifestyle with the help of a trampoline
15/10/2009 Recent research has suggested that the average 20-year-old feels up to three years older than their actual age.
The study, by PruHealth, highlighted that people in their 20s and 30s have energy levels close to some retirees, with more people in their age group feeling a dip in energy levels at some point during the day than any other.
This has been attributed to people in their 20s living an unhealthier lifestyle than their older counterparts, eating more junk food and getting less sleep and exercise.
One way for the younger generation to get fit could be to incorporate a trampoline into their exercise regime.
Trampolines can be used in the comfort of people's own homes, making them much less hassle then going to the gym and can also be more fun than going for a run.
The Vitamin G blog recently stated that mini trampolines are a hot fitness trend for the winter months as they offer the dual benefits of toning and relaxing people.
