The former airplane hangar in Presidio will be the new home of House of Air, which will boast two trampoline decks with trampoline walls and a special bouncing area for children, reports the online newspaper SF Appeal.
There will also be an events space and a food and retail area.
It is aimed at people of all ages and abilities looking for a new way to get fit. Individuals can opt to go for aerial and physical training, attend dodgeball sessions and fitness classes or simply bounce themselves fit at open jump time.
One celebrity who has been bouncing her way to fitness using a trampoline is American dancer and TV presenter Brooke Burke.
The Dancing with the Stars champion told Examiner.com that she used her mini trampoline to help her shift some post-pregnancy pounds.
