A recent post on Women's Index suggested that many women struggle to make time for exercise, so they should incorporate getting fit with having fun.
It cited bouncing on a trampoline and salsa or yoga lessons as examples of exercises that are also good fun.
"Try different classes until you find something that fits with you. Getting someone to do it with you will also make you stick at it too as you are accountable," it added.
