Jumping on trampoline named as top exercise
06/04/2010 Jumping on a trampoline has been named as one exercise which can easily be fitted into a person's daily routine.
The Escape from Fat blog produced a list of the top eight simple exercises for people who have a busy lifestyle. It said that just ten minutes a day spent on any of the activities suggested would be enough to produce results.
It explained that trampoline exercise is so enjoyable that people may be encouraged to extend the amount of time they make available for their exercise routine.
Other suggestions on the list included taking the stairs rather than using the lift, picking up your walking speed and dancing around to music.
Results of a recent survey by Marks and Spencer show that more men could be looking for ways to introduce exercise into their routine.
When asked what they would be willing to give up to shed two inches from their waist, 39 per cent said they would sacrifice England's chances of winning the world cup and a similar number said they would give up alcohol for the rest of their life.
