Mariah Carey gets a new trampoline
29/03/2010 Songstress Mariah Carey may be the latest celebrity to take up trampolining, according to her recent Twitter posts.
The singer celebrated her 40th birthday last week and told her followers that her husband Nick Cannon had surprised her with a pink Porsche and a trampoline.
"Again, thank you so much to all who gave so much time&love for 327! NC shocked me with a custom PINK porshe!!! And a huge trampoline!SO PIP!" she wrote.
The childish gift may have been linked to the fact that rather than celebrating the big 4-0, Mariah chose to refer to the day as the anniversary of her 12th birthday.
If she does take up trampolining as a form of exercise, Mariah will be in good company.
US TV presenter Brooke Burke recently told Examiner.com that she used the equipment to shift her post-pregnancy pounds, while Heidi Klum has also revealed she exercises using a mini trampoline.
