Mini trampolines can help people get trim thighs
23/02/2010Using a mini trampoline can be a great way to get toned thighs, according to one blogger.
The author of Weight Loss Methods said that shedding the pounds off the waist, thighs and hips can be tricky, but is achievable with regular trampoline sessions.
"Bouncing on a mini trampoline offers a perfect fun way to start toning muscle and firming skin and can be enjoyed by anyone, regardless of age or weight," they added.
The blogger also suggested a number of exercises which are perfect for toning the thighs on a mini trampoline, including a heel bounce, which starts off as a regular bounce and then involves alternately putting one foot forward, touching the heel onto the mat.
They also recommended the jumping twist and the wide squat as well as jogging on the spot.
A number of celebs including Mandy Moore and Heidi Klum use mini trampolines as part of their workout regimes.
