Morning workout on a trampoline helps recharge your batteries
23/09/2010 A morning workout on a trampoline can help to recharge your batteries and give you energy to face a busy day, according to health experts at Hello Magazine.
The morning is the best time to carry out exercise and is easier to fit around work and household schedules, the magazine explains.
"Taking exercise can stimulate the cardiovascular system and keep your heart healthy; what's more, it releases endorphins, the body's happiness hormones," the magazine says.
If a fitness routine, perhaps involving exercise on a trampoline, is planned for the morning it will recharge the body with energy for the whole day and improve the immune system. It also helps the body burn morning calories efficiently.
However, as Hello Magazine points out, exercising in the evening also has its advantages. It is a great way to combat stress and release any tension that has built up throughout the day.
Writing for Helium.com, fitness expert Wayne K Williams recently advised combining exercise with family time to allow parents to fit it into their busy schedule.
