Mum enjoys trampoline exercise after losing weight
03/08/2010 A mum from Doncaster is enjoying jumping on a trampoline with her children after losing six stone in weight.
Following an operation to remove her gallbladder, Pauline Redmile decided to do something about her excess weight, the Sheffield Star reports.
By attending weight loss classes Ms Redmile was able to drop five dress sizes and slim down from more than 14 stone to just 8 stone 13 lbs.
She told the news paper: "I now feel better, have more energy and eat healthily for the first time in my life... We now do different things now, such as play rounders, go swimming or go on the trampoline ? things I would have never done before."
Jumping on a trampoline is also great exercise for those looking to get back to fitness because it is a low impact exercise that works out the entire body.
As the busywomensfitness.com blog highlighted recently, the movement created while jumping on a trampoline is also great for the lymphatic system, which helps rid the body of toxins and can reduce cellulite.
