Not too late to start trampoline exercise to tone bikini body
12/05/2010 Those looking to get the perfect beach body should start aerobic exercises, such as jumping on a trampoline, as early as possible, according to one expert.
Joanna Knight, editor at Women's Fitness, said that those who have less than four weeks until their summer holiday should be looking to do three or four sessions of cardiovascular exercise per week.
She said that this should include interval training, which involves switching between high and moderate intensity exercises.
"It is vital to incorporate weight and resistance training too; train your upper and lower body on consecutive days to maximise results," Ms Knight added.
Well toned bodies will be even more important this summer, as Vogue predicts that shorts will be in fashion.
The Weight Losing Ideas blog suggested earlier this year that jumping on a mini trampoline is a good way to get great thighs, as it tones the muscles and stimulates the lymphatic system, which can help remove cellulite.
