A star of reality TV has used a trampoline as an accessory in her latest photo shoot.
Kim Kardashian, one of the stars of hit reality TV show At Home With the Kardashians, has been extolling the virtues of trampolines, demonstrating that even the rich and famous can enjoy the simple pleasures in life.
Kardashian posted the pics on her blog to show the benefits of weight loss device Quick Trim cleanser and many reports suggest that using a trampoline can help improve fitness, flexibility and co-ordination.
Work psychology and stress relief expert John Furnem recently told familyrapp.com that the mere task of getting the hang of a trampoline is a challenge and it can take some time.
He said: "Once you get the trampoline basics in your blood, you will be addicted to it, and to the constant improvement in your workout."
