Safety 'the primary trampoline consideration'
17/07/2009 The number one consideration for families investing in a trampoline must be safety, it has been claimed.
Writing for his Surf4finance.com blog, Gary Pickles said all purchases should include a trampoline safety net enclosure.
He said that those people who buy a trampoline without this essential accessory end up having to reinvest in an enclosure after a few weeks or months anyway if they are to allow their children to play outside safely.
Mr Pickles added: "The safety net will eliminate any risk to your child and other people's children.
"Trust me, your trampoline will make you one of the most popular houses on the street for all your child friends."
Earlier this month, the Daily Herald proposed that trampoline safety enclosures should always be used and a safety pad must cover the steel rim and springs.
