Stay motivated by exercising outdoors with a friend
03/03/2010 Exercising outdoors with another person can help keep you motivated with your exercise routine, according to one fitness expert.
Rich Leigh, founder of fatfreefitness.co.uk, said that while everybody is different people often achieve the best results when they exercise with a friend.
"Finding a gym partner seems to work wonders, so long as you can find somebody trustworthy who won't let you down, and my group weight-loss classes are perhaps even more popular than one-on-one personal training," he explained.
In addition, Mr Leigh explained that those wanting to make the most of their fitness kick should find an activity that they love to do.
However, exercising with other people doesn't mean that you have to take part in a team sport, and organisations such as trampoline clubs offer the opportunity to exercise with other people while taking part in an individual discipline.
Those wanting to learn more about the sport can become a fan of the new British Gymnastics page on Facebook which was launched earlier this week.
