09/07/2010 Jumping on a mini trampoline is one of the best ways to get great legs that you don't mind showing off on the beach.

Blog SDN suggested that jumping on a mini trampoline is a great exercise for toning up your legs, which can be done in short bursts of two minutes to build up to the recommended period of 20 minutes each day.

"This is one of the very best leg fat exercises ... It helps the blood flow and the drainage from the lymph nodes, that is a great help with the process [of toning your legs]," the blog said.

Jumping on a trampoline helps stimulate the lymphatic system, which relies on gravity and body movement to operate. This stimulation boosts the immune system and can help cut cellulite.

Tony Gallagher, a fitness life coach for the Daily Telegraph, wrote for the news provider recently that jumping on a trampoline also helps people fights fatigue, which it does by "strengthening the glandular system including thyroid, pituitary and adrenal".
