Trampoline exercise: The secret to lasting weight loss?

The LA Weight Loss Diet blog said that jumping on a trampoline is a great way to start losing weight and see quick results.
"After doing it a few times each day for only a couple of minutes, you'll start to see some great results," the blog explained.
Trampolines were said to be great for exercising the core muscles of the body which helps improve body strength and overall fitness.
Once someone has lost the amount of weight required, the blog recommended taking daily walks to keep it off and carrying on with the trampoline exercise routine.
Celebrity fitness expert Nicki Waterman recently suggested that classes which include trampoline exercise will be big in 2010.
She predicted that powerplining, which combines jumping on a trampoline and muscle toning power plates, will increase in popularity.
"During the class you switch from the plate to the trampoline and can burn up to 300 calories in a 20-minute class," she explained.
