Trampoline exercise 'could benefit cystic fibrosis sufferers'
17/05/2010 Jumping on a trampoline could help those suffering from cystic fibrosis, one blogger has suggested.
David Hobson, writing for pressdistribution.net, said that while exercising outdoors should not be used to replace medication, it can form part of a healthy lifestyle.
"Physical activity brings balance to your body… For those that have cystic fibrosis, exercise can help keep thick mucus loose and increase lung capacity," Mr Hobson explained.
He suggested walking, jogging and jumping on a mini trampoline as ways of doing this.
Mr Hobson added that exercising outdoors is also a great way to relieve tension and stress.
