Trampoline exercise 'helps sculpt your body'
10/05/2010 Jumping on a mini trampoline can form part of a workout to help sculpt your body, according to one expert.
Writing for Journal Live, David Fairlamb, said that the only way to really lose weight is by having a "consistently healthy, sensible diet and regular exercise".
His suggestions for simple exercise routines to accomplish this included the body sculpting workout.
Mr Fairlamb said that people should alternate between skipping, jumping on a mini trampoline, step-ups and burpees for around five to ten minutes.
He recommended starting by doing thirty seconds of easy exercise, followed by ten seconds of hard workout, then alternating between easy and hard in ten-second timeframes.
"Always make sure you warm up before each workout and cool down and stretch after," he added.
Mr Fairlamb said that to get the best from the exercise, people should finish by spending five minutes working on their stomach and back.
Stress Relief Made Easy also recently said that jumping on a trampoline can help ease anxiety at the end of a long day.
