Trampoline exercise 'reminds people of childhood'
23/10/2009 Exercising on a trampoline is a great way for adults to recapture some of their youth, one commentator has claimed.
Trampolines are commonly used as part of youngsters' outdoor play activities but now the Younger in Seconds blog asserts that they are an ideal way to combine getting fit with having some fun.
Writing for the source, trampoline fan Mike Jones stated: "Rebounder exercise is the type of exercise that you get when you use a trampoline; it combines fun and functionality, and gives a fantastic workout. You can work out as gently or intensely as you like and it is super for your joints and muscles."
He added that it reminds him of bouncing on his bed as child.
US first lady Michelle Obama recently showed off her childish side by indulging in some hula-hooping and skipping at a recent fair to encourage children to get more exercise and eat healthily.
