Trampoline success for Scottish kids

Aspire Trampoline Club, from Calderglen High School in East Kilbride, won a total of seven gold medals, reports the Rutherglen Reformer.
The newspaper reports that Lucy Dougal, came third out of 55 participants in the Level G under 15s competition taking home a bronze. Lewise Hart-Bain missed out on a medal but qualified for the British Championships.
The East Kilbride News reports that in addition to the seven gold medals the team won two silver medals and two bronze.
Lousie McCartney won gold in the Level B under 15s girls event with other members of the team taking bronze and silver. In the Level C events Louise Whitters took home gold and in Level D the top spot was taken by Caroline Hall.
Trampolining is an ideal pastime for children. Not only is it fun but it gets them outdoors and contributes to the recommended 60 minutes of exercise every day.
