Trampoline tricks can make exercise fun

Writing for the Fitness Equipment blog, one fitness enthusiast suggests that some trampoline tricks can also make workouts more strenuous and help people get into shape quicker.
They recommend trying the 'landing on the back' trick first as it is very easy and simply involves standing motionless on the trampoline with arms by the body and then falling backwards gently.
"As your back meets the trampoline, let your head meet it naturally too, don't jerk or twist it. You will bounce back up and then you can do it again, over and over until you achieve a good rebounding height," the commentator advises.
If people find this too simple, they can try a more advanced manoeuvre such as landing on their knees when they bounce up from the back landing trick, or, for really advanced trampoline users, there are somersaults and flips.
