Trampolines 'back in fashion with exercise enthusiasts'
08/10/2009 The 1980s trend of working out with a trampoline is becoming increasingly popular once again, it has been claimed.
Writing for the Vitamin G blog, one exercise enthusiast stated that bouncing on a mini trampoline is the "hot fitness trend for fall" and encouraged people to go out and purchase one of the exercise tools for themselves.
She added that using a trampoline can make exercise fun and bouncing on one in the comfort of your own home is much more appealing than a jog in the autumn rain.
The commentator concluded that trampolining also offers the dual benefits of toning and relaxing people.
Nutritionist and exercise enthusiast Yinka Thomas recently told the Daily Mail that spending 20 minutes on a rebounder trampoline will help make people's bodies firmer in just six weeks, if they stick to a well-thought out exercise plan.
She also advised people wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear when using trampolines.
