Trampolines 'help build muscle'
19/10/2009 Using a trampoline as part of a fitness regime can help people improve their muscles, it has been claimed.
Writing for the Build Fitness Vitamins and Minerals blog, one keen exerciser states that she and her husband both regularly incorporate a trampoline into their workouts, a move which has had great results.
She adds that originally they started out using the equipment at classes but soon purchased a trampoline for themselves so they can exercise whenever they want in the comfort of their own home or garden.
"As a result, I got pretty good on the trampoline and was able to build muscle," the commentator states, adding: "I was amazed at some of the moves I made on the trampoline."
In addition to helping build muscle, working out with a trampoline is a fantastic form of aerobic exercise and can help improve coordination and speed up metabolism if used regularly.
