Trampolines 'help with weight loss'
10/07/2009 People aiming to lose weight can use outdoor trampolines to give their fitness plans added impetus, it has been suggested.
Writing for Fast Weight Loss, message board poster Madieem explained how she successfully used the apparatus to encourage the pounds to drop off.
She explained that using the trampoline every day for three ten-minute sets was enough to raise her heartbeat and constitute a good workout.
Madieem added: "If you're aiming to lose weight you might need to do this in conjunction with a healthy diet.
"Eat as much good stuff as the bad, or better yet eliminate it from your diet for a week or two. Lots of water helps too, it fills up your tummy so you don't get as hungry."
Last month, Nicky Binnie, 31, reported how she went from a size 22 to a ten after using her trampoline to lose weight.
"[Trampolining] was hard work but I persevered. Soon I was doing it every evening and the lighter I got, the higher I could jump," she said.
