Trampolines 'so much fun you forget you are working out'
01/09/2009 Exercise ideally helps you get into shape, but it should be enjoyable enough to forget you are even working out, according to a website.
Abclocal.com reports that this is the case with trampolines and says that bouncing on a trampoline is a terrific cardio workout, as well as a mental one.
New classes in the US, which are taken by trampoline champion Hector Salazar are mainly attended by youngsters but are proving very popular.
"The most important thing is to teach them how to stop," Mr Salazar told the news provider.
He said that he is teaching different moves for students to master.
"Stopping is all about bending the knees, but it's not quite as easy as it might look", he told the news provider.
He did warn: "It's so much fun, you can get hooked."
Last week, experts claimed that using a trampoline to exercise cleanses every cell in the body, according to thedetoxspecialist.com.
