US presenter lost baby weight with trampoline exercise
25/03/2010 A top American dancer and TV presenter has revealed how she managed to lose her baby weight and regain her slim figure - trampoline exercise.
Brooke Burke, a 38-year-old mum of four, told examiner.com that she put on between 25 and 30 pounds each time she was pregnant and lost it through a combination of difference exercises. These included weight training, hiking and jumping on a trampoline.
She told the news provider: "I did cardio and Pilates faithfully throughout my pregnancy and I started up again as soon as my doctor gave me the go-ahead."
Burke is best known in the US for winning the seventh season of Dancing with the Stars, the American version of Strictly Come Dancing. She is now due to co-host the programme as it heads into its tenth season.
And Burke is not the only celebrity who admits to using a trampoline to stay in shape.
Heidi Klum, supermodel and Project Runway presenter, recently revealed that jumping on a trampoline with her children helps her keep fit.
