Warming up is 'essential for trampoline exercise'
25/02/2010 People should treat jumping on a mini trampoline the same as they would any other workout, according to one expert.
Writing for the Herber Springs Sun Times, Carman Aaron, a wellness coach, said it is essential that people prepare for a session of rebounding.
Ms Aaron said that people should make sure they are properly hydrated before a work out and ensure that they start slowly and carry out the correct warm up exercises.
She explained that it was important to cool down after rebounding, recommending people stretch out and rehydrate to ensure they do not feel any adverse after-effects.
Despite being 60 years old, Ms Aaron advocated exercising on a mini trampoline as a great way to keep fit.
"Rebounding strengthens each and every cell in the entire body at the exact same time. There is no way to be truly healthy without exercise," she explained.
Experts also claim that jumping on a trampoline is the most efficient form of exercise and is over 60 per cent more effective than running.
