Product: An excellent 8 ft trampoline. From what I've seen, and experienced, it performs better than the competition! My kids and their friends love it! It's rated for 100kg whereas most others are 75kg. It's noticeable, I weigh nearly 80kg and can reach some pretty impressive heights on it! Would have absolutely not doubts about re-ordering this trampoline again or another Telstar trampoline in the future.

Just to say how delighted I am with your service. I telephoned on Friday to ask if I could have delivery on Monday for my daughter's birthday and never has a transaction been easier. In fact I was worried it was too easy! But the trampoline duly arrived before lunch on Monday and had all the bits and pieces necessary to erect it. Just wanted to leave some feedback about the 12ft Jumpking jump pod clasic that we ordered for our children aged 5 and 2. Ordering was easy and the trampoline was delivered on the correct day. My husband was able to put it up on his own in a couple of hours and was pleased with its quality. Despite the bad weather, our children have been on it every day, even when that means having to clear the snow off it. We're waiting for the summer to try out the free tent that came with it!

I would just like to comment on the standard of service I have received from your company. Wanting to buy a go kart for our son we found your website to be very informative offering a range of new products. We opted for an item which included a free seat and free speedometer.
 
When it seemed there would be a delay in supply, you telephoned to tell me. You apologised for the delay and informed me of the day my kart would arrive - the kart arrived at 10am on the day you said it would. We had a problem with the speedometer fitting. You contacted your supplier and they sent us a replacement complete speedometer free of charge, without the need for us to return the old one.
 
I do not know how large or small your company is but I would just like to say the service we have received has been excellent. I am sure we will be using you again in the future and recommending you to our friends.

The trampoline was delivered a day early, however this was not a problem.
The delivery driver was fantastic. My wife who took the delivery said that the driver could do no more for her and even took the trampoline down to the end of the garden where it was to be placed.
With regard to the trampoline itself, I am impressed by the quality and relative ease of construction. Having seen other trampolines and comments from other parents, we have agreed that this is the best one we have seen (and been on!!!)
