12. RETURNS POLICY/ CANCELLATION POLICY - GENERAL
In compliance with the Consumer Protection (Distance selling) Regulations 2014 goods can be returned within 7 days. It is the responsibilty (including the cost) of the consumer to return the unused goods in their original packaging using a safe and secure method to return the goods. Proof of despatch may be required. Once the goods have been received they will be inspected, any damages or shortages will incur apportionate cost. We will refund the consumer using the original payment method once this process is complete.
13. RETURNS POLICY - FAULTY
In the case of a faulty product or part, we will offer a repair/replacement/refund depending on what is reasonable under the circumstances. This will depend on the kind of product, the fault itself and the length of time since receipt of the goods. This is in compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
