12. RETURNS POLICY/ CANCELLATION POLICY - GENERAL
In compliance with the Consumer Protection (Distance selling) Regulations 2000, goods can be returned within 14 days. It is the responsibility (including the cost) of the consumer to return the unused goods in their original packaging using a safe and secure method to return the goods. Proof of despatch may be required. For the correct returns address please contact us via email. Once the goods have been received we will refund the consumer using the original payment method less £15 re-boxing charge.
13. RETURNS POLICY - FAULTY
In the case of a faulty product or part, we will offer a repair/replacement/refund depending on what is reasonable under the circumstances. This will depend on the kind of product, the fault itself and the length of time since receipt of the goods. This is in compliance with the Sale of Goods Act (1979) and the Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulation (2002).
